Responsibilities:

3D visualizations.

project requirements and objectives.
● Create visually engaging 3D renderings and animations that effectively
communicate design intent.
● Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver high-quality visualizations
within set deadlines.
● Make necessary adjustments and revisions based on feedback from clients and
team members.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3D visualization
techniques and software.
● Maintain a strong attention to detail and strive for the highest level of quality in
all visualizations produced.

Requirements:

● Degree or diploma in 3D design, architecture, or a related field.
● Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray,
SketchUp, Blender).
● Strong artistic and creative skills, with an eye for detail and composition.
● Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques.
● Ability to interpret 2D designs and translate them into 3D visualizations.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization work is preferred.
