Responsibilities:

● Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
● Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
● Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
● Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule.
● Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
● Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design-related challenges.
● Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and site records.
● Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
● Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and
addressing concerns.

Requirements:

● Degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
● Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
● Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
● Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing project demands.
● Proficiency in using construction management software is a plus.
